Fler's Neue Deutsche Welle: A Classic of German Rap

Neue Deutsche Welle (New German Wave) is the debut album by German rapper Fler, released in 2005 by Aggro Berlin. The album is considered a classic of German rap, as it popularized the term "Aggro" and introduced Fler's aggressive and controversial style. The album features guest appearances by Sido, B-Tight, G-Hot, Tony D and Frauenarzt.

The album consists of 20 tracks, with a total length of 64 minutes and 43 seconds. The album includes the singles "NDW 2005", "Deutscha Bad Boy" and "Das Alles Ist Deutschland". The album was certified gold by the Bundesverband Musikindustrie (BVMI) for selling over 100,000 copies in Germany.

The album's title is a reference to the original Neue Deutsche Welle, a genre of German music that emerged in the late 1970s and early 1980s, influenced by punk rock and new wave. Fler's album is a reinterpretation of the genre, with a rap twist. The album's cover art is also inspired by the original Neue Deutsche Welle, featuring Fler wearing a leather jacket and sunglasses, holding a microphone.

The album received mixed reviews from critics, who praised Fler's flow and delivery, but criticized his lyrics and beats. Some critics also accused Fler of being homophobic, sexist and racist. However, the album was well received by fans, who appreciated Fler's authenticity and attitude.
